Numeral projects building flats on top of existing buildings or inside empty lofts in tenement. Renovation: Design and management of rehabilitation of tenements. Commercial office: Upgrading industrial buildings to offices and proposals for renewing commercial centres. Numeral projects on office conversions. Historic buildings: Measuring and registration of historic buildings with proposals for re-use and applications for grants. Property development: Advice on negotiations for acquisition, costing and finance, contract management, cost control, accounting and sale. Building management: Registration of large hotels, offices, public buildings with high precision 2-D or 3-D drawings on CAD for presentation drawings, security documentation, maintenance and user management. Research: In 1982/83 engaged by NTH for research in Urban Design surveying methods in Northern Europe for analysing urban areas and formulation of control and guidelines for new development. Proposals for approach in Norway. Summary of report published in BYGGEKUNST nr 7 1983. Numerous further education courses have been held on this topic for universities and public authorities. Partner in several EU funded projects for development of architectural education. Urban Design: Design of master plans from village scale to large scale urban areas. Protection of plans for historic areas and landscape protection plans. Involved in user participation using charrette methods. Production of codes and pattern-books for architecture. Design of infill projects and building plans for urban districts.
